March in Barcelona tends to see the days warm up and with that comes the excitement for the summer ahead. The third of our anniversary is a warm weather beer brewed with our friends and neighbours at Freddo Fox. They are making some great sours right now so we decided to combine our techniques to make this tropical fruit bomb. Built on a thick smoothy like base that is loaded with flaked oats this beer was fermented with Voss Kveik yeast for it’s high glycerol production to enhance the body even more. Then truck loads of creamy guava provide a soft sweetnes with is counteracted by sharp but juicy passion fruit. A light touch of salt gives this a thirst slakeing finish that keeps you wanting more.
